A: The MOQ for regular styles is 1000 pairs per style. Mixed‑color orders of the same fabric are acceptable. Please contact our sales team for the MOQ of custom‑made items. Small‑batch trial orders are available for some in‑stock styles.
2.Q: Do you offer OEM & ODM services for socks? What custom options are available?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM are supported. Custom options include logo embroidery, jacquard patterns, sock sizes, fabric composition, hang tags and packaging. You may provide your design files, and we can also help develop new styles.
3.Q: What fabrics do you use for socks? Can you provide fabric test reports?
A: Our main fabrics include cotton, combed cotton, polyester, spandex and bamboo fiber. Fabric ratios can be adjusted per your requirements. Test reports such as OEKO‑Tex are available upon request. Please contact our customer service before placing orders.
4.Q: How can I request samples? What about sample cost and lead‑time?
A: In‑stock samples will be dispatched within 3‑5 working days. Sample fees apply and will be refunded upon bulk order placement. Custom samples take 7‑12 working days. Sample shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
5.Q: What is your bulk production lead‑time? Which ports do you ship from?
A: In‑stock orders ship within 3‑7 days. Bulk custom orders generally take 20‑35 days, subject to contract confirmation. Our main shipping ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. Other designated ports are also acceptable.
6.Q: What is your standard packaging? Can I have custom‑made packaging?
A: Standard packaging is simple OPP bags. Custom packaging such as color boxes, hang cards and gift boxes is available. Extra costs and extended lead‑time will apply. Please consult our sales for quotation.
7.Q: What should I do if I receive defective goods?
A: Please report quality issues within 7 working days after receipt and provide photo or video evidence. For confirmed production‑related defects, we will arrange replacement or discuss alternative solutions. Damages caused by human factors or transportation are not covered.
